I have been a professional photographer for 14 years and I absolutely love it. I actually grew up without photos being taken which is why I think I am so passionate now about moms having amazing photos of their families to pass on. My favorite part of my job is getting to see all my clients grow up year after year. When I am not photographing, I am a HUGE reader. I also love spending time with my husband (my high school sweetheart) and our son (4) and daughter (9). We love going to local theme parks and exploring beautiful San Diego.
My husband and children are a big part of the business from designing cake smash setups, to modeling for mini sessions. It truly is a family business :)

Meet The Artist Behind The Lens
how it started
I've always known that I wanted to work with children. Right after high school, I spent a few years in the pediatric medical field while pursuing my degree in child psychology. However, it was hard for me to see children only when they weren’t feeling well, and I realized I wanted to work with them in a happier, more uplifting way. When my sister was pregnant, she couldn’t afford a photographer, so I decided to take maternity photos for her with a little starter camera I had bought just for fun. Everyone loved the photos, and soon our friends were asking me to take pictures for them too. That’s when I fell in love with photography, and I found a way to work with families in a way that truly filled my heart with joy.
